Randall has had the opportunity of being in the start up of many new successful businesses in his career and the pleasure of working with the best people. His responsibility was sales and marketing that carried him all over the world. After retiring from Technical Precision Plastics as Vice President of Marketing and Product Development it was apparent to him that Randolph is the best place to be.
